Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Exeter city centre
Salary: up to 45k per annum plus benefits
Emtech Recruitment are working with a busy structural engineering engineering consultancy who are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in Exeter. They have an exciting pipeline of projects including large residential, commercial and retail. In this role you will take a lead role on projects and be expected to manage / mentor two Graduate Structural Engineers.
As a result of expansion and the need for someone to lead a lead role on upcoming projects and are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Experience Required:
4+ years experience in structural design across a mix of residential, commercial, retail, and education schemes
Produce designs which are cost effective, aligned to the specification, and which can be developed, procured, installed, constructed and delivered effectively, safely and efficiently
Ensure that innovative designs and design practices are utilised wherever possible
Experienced in managing client relationships and taking a lead role on projects
Ability to effecting manage and train junior members of the structural design team
