We have an exciting new opening for a Civils Engineer to join their growing team, carrying out a range of short duration civils projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities of the Civils Engineer:

• Excavation works including service trenching
  
• Operation of small highways maintenance plant and equipment
  
• Carry out ground surveys to locate underground services using cable avoidance tools
  
• General ground works activities including the laying and levelling of kerbs, paving slabs, tarmac and concrete
  
• Assist with installation and signage functions when the need arises
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• Competent in all aspects of ground works
  
• Valid CSCS card
  
• CPCS
  
• A knowledge and appreciation of health and safety regulations
  
• NRWSA Qualification
  
• Ability to plan and organise work
  
• Experience of carrying out high quality civil works
