This team specialises in the development of a variety of infrastructure projects, including highways, rail, bridges and wastewater management. They are looking for an individual who has experience in highways, earthworks and drainage on similar projects.

The Role:

Assist in the feasibility and pre-planning assessments of engineering infrastructure
Assist in the design of major infrastructure and highway schemes
Ensure documents, designs and drawings are consistently high in quality and compliance with design standards, industry best practice, contractual obligations and client expectations
Assist in the communication with clients, regulators and other stakeholders, and preparation of bids and proposals
Attendance at design meetings
Work alongside engineering teams and associated consulting engineersQualifications & Experience

BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Post qualification experience
Experience in trunk road and infrastructure design desirable
Knowledge of policy and design standards (e.g. DMRB, MCDHW, etc.)
Competent in the use of Bentley MX, Microdrainage and Civil 3D software
WinDes and KeySign would be a plus
Chartered or working towards chartered statusCulture:
