Construction Engineer Civil / M&E (OUTSIDE IR35) - HULL

NES Fircroft is seeking a Construction Engineer to join our client's team in Beverley, Hull. This construction engineering role is for a 12-month contract (OUTSIDE IR35) and offers an excellent rate and the chance to be part of a welcoming and diverse workplace culture.

As a Construction Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical and constructability review of all civil designs and the implementation and upkeep of the Civil QA system. You will also review and approve sub-contractor technical submissions and proposed changes. In addition, you will review sub-contractor variations from a technical perspective.

Supporting the planning of the works activities related to the assigned scope and disciplines, ensuring all design info and quality documentation is available as needed to ensure successful delivery
Participating in the coordination between customers and external resources on construction targets
Assisting with coordinating on-site construction/civil works activities to ensure their successful implementation
Supporting in site meetings with customers, sub-contractors, and company site personnel
Serving as a project representative by building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and other local organisations and subcontractors
Supporting the Civil Construction Manager in making detailed working plans and reviewing applications and changes with the sub-contractors of the assigned scope and disciplinesTo apply for this construction engineering job, you will need relevant experience in a similar role.
