JB65 - Field Service Engineer (Water)Location: London (preferably North or West London)Salary: £33,000 - £40,000Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.Based from home and reporting to your local team leader, the successful candidate(s) will demonstrate previous field service experience; ideally in domestic or commercial white goods, vending or catering equipment service industry, have experience in facilities management. or have an engineering background and be willing to travel.Applications from ex-military candidates are actively encouraged, however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking both planned preventative and reactive call-out maintenance at a range of customer locations.
• Managing your own van spares stock.
• Contact customers directly to book in visits and work with a wide and varied team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Supporting the sale of the client's after-sales service plan.
• You will be responsible for undertaking both planned preventative and reactive call-out maintenance at a range of customer locations.

Skills and Qualifications for the Field Service Engineer:

• The applicant will have experience in a similar role or industry.
• Relevant Qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
• A full UK Driving licence due to this being a mobile role.
• Ideal, although not essential, the applicant will have electrical and plumbing experience / qualifications as Ideally experience of fault diagnostics.
• An ability to prioritise work load.
• Electrical experience or qualifications.
• Plumbing experience or qualifications.
• demonstrate a flexible and adaptable attitude,
• have a great customer service approach, coupled with a methodical and organised attitude to problem solving and repair.
