We can manage inert, non-hazardous and hazardous waste, supply high quality recycled and primary aggregates and provide restoration and remediation services.
With a unique network of strategically located sites we can assist and support our customers providing recycled and primary aggregates, waste transfer, landfill and site restoration solutions.
About You
You will have achieved a minimum of an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Environmental Engineering with a keen interest in Geotechnics. Any demonstrated work experience (attained during your studies) in an environmental/geotechnical related field will be highly regarded. A masters in Soil Mechanics or Geotechnical Engineering would be an advantage
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK at the time you start employment.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
You will work as part of a small team that supports the operations and compliance of the business.
You will be an advocate of best health and safety practice and make sure issues are addressed and rectified.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and interpreting ground investigation reports
- Analyse geotechnical data and laboratory reports
- Arrange soil testing and classification of waste
- Prepare ground models for earthworks projects,
- Management of site operations, to ensure safety, quality, cost effectiveness, timely production and customer satisfaction including planning and sequencing of operations
- Writing method statements and risk assessments
- Supporting procurement of sub-contractor, labour, plant, and material resources
- Providing team briefings covering operational requirements and performance updates
- Implementing quality control and QA processes to meet regulatory requirements
- Commercial and contract management
- Liaising with the Environment Agency and local councils regards permitting and compliance
