Electrical Pre Construction Engineer

One of the biggest contractors within London are looking for a Electrical Contracts Engineer in the London areas for their services engineering sector. The role is based in Central London. The role would report directly to the Regional Services Manager.This is a fantastic chance to join a growing business who have some brilliant projects on their books.
You will focus on the following...
* Input at tender/ cost planning stage including evaluating M&E Consultants specifications and tender drawings
* Prepare tender lists for specialist sub - contractors and major plant/ equipment
* Analyse bids and quotations
* Raise technical queries RFI's
* Delivery of Construction issues, co - ordinates working drawings to programme
* Checking and sign off of co - ordinated working drawings to programme
* Manage CAD/Engineering resources to budget
* Preparation and monitoring of Client and design changes
To succeed in this role you will have...
* Demonstrable experience within a similar role
* Minimum relevant qualifications
* experience in commercial builds
* Good collaboration skills
* Can work with minimal supervision
