GRADUATE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - BROMSGROVE - £23,000 - £25,000 (Salary Guide Only; Salary Negotiated Independently & all encouraged to apply)
A perfect opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join a well-established, multi-disciplined Engineering Consultancy in Bromsgrove. This role is ideal for a Graduate Civil or Structural Engineer with a clear passion for buildings and structural engineering design looking for an opportunity to really establish their career!
The Individual:
Ideally applicants will have the following skills and attributes:
Qualified with a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering but with a clear drive and motivation to persue a career within the built environment and structures.
Solid educational background to support your degree qualification(s)
A good head for figures and familiarity in the production of basic structural engineering calculations for the likes of beams, columns, slabs, foundations etc.
Knowledge and/or ability to design in multi-materials used in the construction sector: steel, concrete, timber, masonry
Ability to think out of the box and contribute to the development of effective design solutions for a good variety of projects set across the construction sector for example: educational, industrial, commercial, healthcare, heritage, and residential
A good aptitude for work and a clear motivation to succeed
Able to confidently communicate at all levels with colleagues, management and Clients as well as external design team membersAs this role is a Graduate Engineer position you can expect to receive plenty of support and guidance from management and colleagues. You will be provided with a structured and supportive career path from which you can build those all important foundations from which you can start to grow your career as a Structural Engineer
