My clients are a single source building design consultancy, consisting of Architects, Building Surveyors, Project Managers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Structural/Civil Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Highways, Property Advisors and CDM Advisors.
Based in offices across the North of England, their award winning, integrated multi-disciplinary team has over a decade of experience in delivering a wide range of building projects across many sectors.
About the role:
As an Apprentice Structural and Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for producing plans, sections and detailed drawings for construction using a Computer Aided Design (CAD) system, carry out calculations to validate designs, complete building surveys and write reports and specifications whilst working as a member of the Structural and Civil Engineering team within a multi-discipline design organisation.
You will receive full training and it is expected that you will progress to a degree level via day-release to university.

Essential Requirements:
- Good academic record
- Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Package
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Minimum 5 GCSE Grades A-C/5-9 including Maths, English and Science and/or
- A Level grades suitable for direct entry onto accredited p/t apprenticeship course
- Driving Licence or willing/working towards obtaining a UK Driving Licence
