Our client is a well-established building services organisation who has a very successful electrical division.

They have a proven track record of delivering successful service and install solutions a range of commercial and domestic clients, offering highly qualified Engineers and Technicians to provide expertise and experience across the full range of disciplines including local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector.

They are now in need of an experienced Project Supervisor based from their Enfield Head Office covering a range of projects through London and surrounding regions (must be happy with travel)

The duties include the supervision of activities of a team of Operatives and Sub-Contractors to ensure the successful, timely and cost-effective completion of all projects. To provide technical guidance and to ensure that the work of the section meets the Company's requirements.

Main responsibilities include:

Ensure that all requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 are undertaken, including the preparation and updating of any required Construction Phase Plans.
To ensure that all obligations to plan, monitor and coordinate the required works are met and that all works are completed to the required Legislative and Company standards within projected time-scale, costs and technical requirements.
Carry out inspections of works in progress and completed works, scheduling additional works via Clients variation orders and monitor progress whilst ensuring any Programme of Works and any associated KPI's are maintained.
To Supervise, Monitor and report on the performance of Operatives, appointed sub-contractors and Specialist Trades. To ensure that they carry out duties required and work safely, efficiently and effectively within the requirements of the Companies policies and procedures.
Undertake required site inductions, arrange and attend site meetings with all associated parties, deliver toolbox talks, assisting in disciplinary issues and to produce accurate records of these events.

The successful candidate must have:

Competent by experience and qualification
An experienced leader with the ability to manage and motivate others
Asbestos Aware
SSSTS Trained
SMSTS Trained
