We are currently working with an exciting, relatively new engineering consultancy who are looking to grow a team of collaborative and market-leading Structural Engineers in Truro. You'll have the chance to get involved in long-term decisions that affect the direction of the business, with everyone's opinion being valued.

They offer several services, including structural design, inspections, party wall surveys, costing and more. You'll be working on a range of projects, varying in value, from small domestic alterations to multi-million-pound projects, typically focusing on residential and commercial buildings. However, as the business grows there will be the opportunity to work in different sectors. Additionally, they often work in tandem with an Architectural and Planning firm, which works on some breath-taking projects across Cornwall. Working in tandem allows the structural engineering consultancy to get involved in some major projects whilst they develop within the market.

The successful Graduate Structural Engineer will be given the vital support and mentoring to help them develop a long-term and prosperous career within Structural Engineering. Additionally, there is a great chance for a junior member of the team to be fast-tracked into a more senior position as the business grows! Have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Ideally some experience working in the industry before
Be a great communicator and have good organization skills
