We are looking to recruit a Senior Structural Engineer for our client based in South Manchester.
The consultancy is an open plan, vibrant office and the right candidate will be working as an intermediate between the Director and other employees with potential for as much progression as desired.
Our client is involved in a diverse range of engineering projects from high end residential homes to a 300-million-pound flagship re-development.
They are looking for:
3 + years' experience
Someone who will work directly with the Director and act as middle management for other employees
Confident in checking other employee designs and singing them off
A confident individual who is happy to take the lead on projects
Someone who can act as a mentor and manage the apprenticeship team
Someone with aspirations for Chartership or is Chartered
The right candidate can expect a salary of £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience. Other incentives include a monthly bonus and extra days off per month. Flexible working options available.
