A small design led structural engineering consultancy based in Oxfordshire are expanding and looking for a Structural Engineer on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an established business where we create innovative design on projects ranging in size from the very small to high end.

Requirements:

· A degree in civil or structural engineering,

· A minimum of 3 years' post-graduation experience in structural engineering using British Standards and Eurocodes,

· Have experience of structural engineering for residential properties and design using steel, timber and reinforced concrete.

· Proficient in the use of Tedds and AutoCad,

· Must have an excellent understanding of building structures

· Be a strong communicator, both written and verbal

· Confident working autonomously

· Have a car and full driving license.

This is an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Structural Engineer, who is passionate about design, to join an expanding structural engineering firm. This is a full time, permanent role, however part time may be considered for the correct candidate. The role can be offered hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week to be at the office in Wantage. The post holder would be expected to carry out site visits within Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.
