We are recruiting a Geotechnical Engineer for a leading foundation engineering who specialise in the design and construction of foundations for all types of buildings and structures. Types of works include piling, restricted access piling, ground improvement and foundation packages for clients within the housebuilder industry.

The business has 8 regional offices located throughout the UK and over 40 years of experience, offering their clients unrivalled in-house capabilities, from the state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, in-house geotechnical drawings to unparalleled patented solutions, designed and developed through their research and design division to provide leading economical and sustainable solutions.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Geotechnical Engineering based within a reasonable commute of their Chorley offices. The role features hybrid working (part home based) for the successful candidate.

In this role you will be supporting all 8 regions within the business, undertaking designs and analyses for tender and contract purposes, as well as having a responsibility for leading and maintaining technical excellence internally and externally and providing technical support to ongoing projects located throughout the country.

Criteria:
• Degree educated in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
• At least 2 to 3 years' experience working in Civil Engineering for a contractor or subcontractor in a similar role.
