Due to continued business growth, we have a new opportunity for an Water Hygiene Engineer. The role is varied and can involve visiting multiple sites each day to undertake water system monitoring and maintenance task covering the areas of Bradford and Leeds.

As a Water Hygiene Engineer your role is to provide ACoP L8 control measure services to assist our clients, in their compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities of a Water Hygiene Engineer are:

· Conduct ACoP L8 HSG274 part 2 compliance related work

· TMV Fail Safe Testing & Calibration and Servicing

· Flushing & Testing of Expansion Vessels

· Showerhead cleaning and disinfection

· Cleaning & disinfection support (2nd man)

· Annual Tank Inspections & Clean

We are looking for a level 1 Water Hygiene Engineer, with the opportunity to work towards Level 3 Water hygiene Engineer, who can earn up to £28,500 per annum when they are full competent to complete Unvented cylinders, closed system testing, mains injection C&D, calorifier internal inspections and cooling tower remedial work.

Water Hygiene Engineer Required Skills:

· Building effective relationships with on-site clients

· Excellent organisation and time keeping skills working to deadlines

· Clear and confident communication skills

· Standards, systems, procedures, and process focused

· Self-motivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve

· City & Guilds Legionella Awareness, City & Guilds Legionella in hot and cold water systems or a vocational training course relating to Water Hygiene

· A full Driving License is required for this position

· You may be required to travel around your region with the need for an occasional overnight stay

Due to the nature of some of our clients, a DBS check will be conducted on all of our new starters.
