My client is a very well established independent geotechnical and environmental engineering consultancy. They provide site investigation, geotechnical and contaminated land consultancy, reporting, monitoring and validation services.
They have a requirement for a Graduate Geotechnical/Environmental Engineer to join their team in either Nottingham or Derby.
The successful applicant will have:
Geological, Environmental or Natural Science based degree
Good written and oral communication skills
A keen interest to learn and develop new skills
Be able to work under pressure
Full UK driving licence and have the use of their own vehicle
The role
The role will involve supporting Engineers both in the office and during field work.
Assistance will also be required in the production of detailed factual and interpretative reports.
This organisation work on a variety of housing, commercial projects and work closely with structural engineering companies also.
