Water Treatment Engineer - Facilities / North London - Salary up to £33,000
About the Company
We have been retained to search for a Water Treatment Engineer in North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing testing across all the buildings water treatment systems, fault-finding and working with sub-contractors on any additional project works. You will work closely with the wider facilities team and other specialist contractors and directly with internal stakeholders.
Water Treatment Engineer - The Rewards
Salary Negotiable DOE - circa £30,000 - £33,000
Free parking on site
8% Pension
5% Salary as a yearly Bonus (has been paid every year)
23 days holiday + 8 Days BH
Overtime evenings or any weekend days worked

Essential is a L8 Qualification
Legionella Compliance and Health and Safety knowledge and experience is Essential
Plumbing qualifications Desirable
Previous experience in a similar role gained within a Commercial / Hotel / Leisure environment is Essential
Experienced in small works install & subcontractor liaison
Understanding and exposure to reporting electronically - CAFM System This role would suit a Water Treatment Engineer, Plumber, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Compliance Engineer, Water Testing Engineer, or an AC Engineer.
