Civil Engineer Estimator

Konnect are currrently recruiting for a Civil Engineer Estimator to join a local Civil Engineering firm, based in Winchester. Our client specialises in Civil Engineering, groundworks, Demolition, Remeditation and Soil treatment.

Our client is expanding due to demands of up and coming projects. across both the commercial and residental sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with tender enquiries

• Producing take-offs from drawings

• Producing quotations

• Obtaining materials and subcontractor rates

• Creating tender and delivery programmes

• Ensuring that tenders are properly reviewed before submission

• Providing clear and informative data for use in meetings and reviews

Requirements:

* Degree-qualified or equivalent, but with appropriate experience and knowledge of tendering for civil engineering projects

* Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK

* Relevant experience is estimator (5yrs +)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Competitive Package
