We are seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to work on the delivery of drainage strategies and designs for a range of exciting infrastructure projects. You will work alongside other Civil Engineers and water management specialists to create, develop and detail innovative, functional and cost-effective engineering solutions.

You will have a strong base of technical skills coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills gained in either a multi-disciplinary or engineering consultancy environment. You will be seeking career advancement and the opportunity to work with real blue-chip clients.

This position will provide an excellent opportunity to work on an exciting portfolio of infrastructure projects across a diverse range of sectors.

You will utilise your strong drainage engineering experience to guide and mentor more less experienced staff to ensure these fascinating projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

Typical responsibilities include drainage pipe network design, SuDS, Highways drainage, flood alleviation schemes, flood risk assessment, EIA, and water resources management.

Ideally you will be an experienced user of MicroDrainage, and/or Civil 3D, be degree qualified and Chartered.
