Civil Design Engineer

Our clients are a well-established engineering consultancy partnership operating across the whole of the United Kingdom. They are looking for a Civils Design Engineer to join their growing team in Somerset.
As a Civil Design Engineer your role will involve:
* Working on projects ranging from small infrastructure condition appraisals to major strategic transport projects
* Design of infrastructure for commercial, retail, residential and industrial sectors including SUDS drainage systems, and roads to adoptable standards
* Willing to attend design meetings, site meetings and carry out site inspections
* Work on projects with consideration to the agreed project budgetary limits
* Liaise and communicate clearly in a professional manner to colleagues, clients, contractors, and other designers
To be considered for the Civil Design Engineer role you must have:
* A degree in Civil Design
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil Design Engineer
* Micro drainage and PDS experience
* Knowledge of S38, S278 and S104
