Are you a Structural Engineer with a passion for Building Conservation looking to work for an award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy that actively develops and supports staff to achieve their CARE qualification and Chartership?
On offer is a role within a modern forward thinking Engineering Consultancy that will provide excellent training actively encourages career development.

You will be working on projects of various sizes from contemporary multi-storey developments to historic buildings rich in heritage, honing your technical ability and excellent communication skills being comfortable in a client-facing role.
The right candidate will be undertaking design and analysis of structures whilst working as part of a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects from feasibility through to detailed design and construction. The candidate will be experienced in all principal sectors, particularly residential, commercial, education and industrial, having familiarity with all key forms of construction.

The Role:

• Ability to design structures in all traditional materials (timber, steel, concrete & masonry).
• Experienced in a range of different projects across all key sectors.
• Excellent communication skills being comfortable with a client-facing role, attending design team and site meetings.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with architects and other consultants to ensure the right design solution.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with BIM Level 2 would be advantageous

The Person:

• Engineering Degree
• Structural Engineering background looking to get their CARE qualification
• Desire to work towards Chartership
