General Foreperson - Civil Engineering

We are currently working with a multi-national civil engineering contractor who are delivering a £500.M highways scheme based in South Wales. They are looking for an experienced Foreman to join them to assist in the delivery of this scheme.

The project has a four year duration and the offers the successful candidate the opportunity to progress their career on this flagship project.

You will be able to demonstrate a successful career, ideally with working on major highways or heavy civil engineering projects, working with the principal contractor.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Overseeing the direct workforce and subcontractors ensuring works are delivered to programme

Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with the health and safety legislation

Managing production and quality

Ordering materials & plant

Reading drawings and providing information site engineers when required

Site administration
