Principal Structural Engineer

We are currently looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to work on an exciting civil engineering project for 6-8 months but likely to be longer.
This can be home based working.
They are looking for Structural Engineers and will consider those with a background of civil, construction, water or M&E skills.

Candidates will need to have the following:
Experience of managing structural engineering design projects
• Minimum of 5 years post University design experience working on building engineering
projects.
• Experience of steel and concrete frame design projects.
• Competent user of building engineering software packages such as Tekla, SCIA, TEDDS etc.
• Good communication skills
Desirable attributes
• Knowledge or experience of using Revit Structure software.
• Able to travel to other local offices to support project workload if required.

Preferred Qualifications
• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
• IStructE or ICE Chartered member
