Civil Engineer - Drainage

Civil Engineer - Drainage- required for my client in there Southampton office to help the civils Department. The Civil Engineer will be working on a range of Drainage and Highways schemes within the Residential, Commercial, Regeneration and Retail Sector.

The Ideal Civil Engineer will be Incorporated or near in MICE. The Civil Engineer will also have varied design experience and excellent communication skills, experience in Microdrainage, AutoCAD, Civil3D, SuDS, preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies is required.

This is an opportunity to help a team of engineers and be responsible for design and running of projects. The Civil Engineer will be working on contractor led and client projects, at first the work will be primarily within drainage there will be some work within highways as well so experience in this is advantageous.

• Hands-on design and running of projects ranging up to around £40m
• Mentor and assist our graduate engineers
• Liaising with clients and architects
• Driving the Civils Department forward

Civil Engineer - Drainage Position Requirements

• Degree Qualified within Civil Engineering
• Experience of Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies
• Experience in Civil 3D or similar packages
• Experience in Windes or similar packages
