We are recruiting a graduate structural engineer who will progress to the achievement of Chartered Structural Engineer through hands on experience and our training program.

We are a successful structural engineering consultancy company operating from an office located in Northwest London, between West Hampstead and Kilburn. We specialize in providing bespoke and creative structural design solutions to fulfil the client's brief to private residential customers, contractors, commercial developers and charities.

Role Overview:

We are looking for someone with a passion for engineering with the confidence and ability to run small to medium scale projects within the construction industry.

The successful Graduate Structural Engineer will be given the vital support and mentoring to help them develop a long-term and prosperous career within Structural Engineering. This makes it the perfect role for a driven and ambitious Graduate Structural Engineer!

Ideally, prospective candidates will have the following qualifications, qualities and experience:

1. The role requires good communication skills - oral, written and graphical.

2. First class degree in a Structural or Civil Engineering

3. Ideally the candidate would have experience of scheme design on architecturally led building projects within a UK based consultancy. We are also open to employing graduates with no experience.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and current market rates. A bonus scheme is available for experienced engineers which further increases the basis salary which is calculated and paid every six months
