Graduate Civil Engineer | Bristol | £25,000 - £28,000

Not your usual engineering consultancy… This is a global design-focused organisation with offices across 8 different countries. The UK is home and 70% of the company's work is delivered from its multiple offices in this country.
They are big on architecture and design - recognised as a leader in the
industry and involved with some of the largest and most iconic projects out there - this includes public-realm projects and smart cities.
Bristol is home to around 50 people including Engineers, Architects, and Designers. All experts in their field, and on hand to provide the guidance and mentorship needed to fast-track your career progression.
The successful Graduate Civil Engineer will need some experience working within a consultancy environment - ideally, working on infrastructure design for the built environment. You will receive in-house support and mentorship towards achieving Chartered Engineer with the ICE.
Some of the responsibilities and requirements of this Graduate Civil Engineer position include:
Designing drainage using SuDs principles to satisfy current planning policy and Water Authority requirements
Modeling drainage networks using MicroDrainage design software
Working with PDS and Civils 3D on complex schemes
Produce the information and drawings necessary for section 104, 106, 38, and 278 Agreements and handle the approval process
Carry out infrastructure design to comply with the relevant Building Regulations
Attending site and design team meetings
Ideally, you will be qualified with MEng/BEng in Civil Engineering and be passionate about becoming a Chartered Civil Engineer.
The successful Civil Engineer will have strong communication, analysis, technical design, and drawing skills. What's on offer to the successful Graduate Civil Engineer?
