VP Of Engineering - leading Data Analytics Platform - £120,000 - £150,000 + Equity

We're currently working with a UK-leading Data Analytics platform who are keen to bring on board a VP of Engineering. With over 500 employees and a $100m+ in revenue, they're preparing for their next phase of growth

The VP of Engineering is a senior role responsible for all software engineering activities within the specific product group, managing up to 50 engineers!

Key Requirements for this Role:

• Experience hiring and developing diverse talent and building high-performing engaged teams.
• 3 + years of Engineering management experience.
• A passion for building great products that customers love.
• The ability to structure and organize engineering teams and build tight partnerships with product, design, and all teams across the business.
• Working to mentor engineers close to the code.
• The ability to be a general leader across the technology organization and the wider business.

Hybrid Working - Central Working

£120,000 - £150,000 + Equity
