• Title: Head of Technical Services & Environment
• Focus on environment services
• Level- Director level
• Location: London city (Liverpool Street station/ home working hybrid)
• Salary £110-160,000 plus bonus dependant on experience
• Key focus- Overall responsibility for the Governance and management of Technical Services and Environmental Management across the portfolio.

This is a great Head of environment engineering Technical Services & Environment Manager role

Key responsibilities:

· To develop and implement the Engineering and Maintenance strategy for EMEA

· To develop and implement asset lifecycle management plans, ensuring the EMEA real estate portfolio delivers maximum value, and all investment is appropriate and efficient.

· To develop the Built Environment Environmental Strategy, aligned to the Group's Environmental targets

· Responsible for providing leadership of high value technical and environmental projects across the EMEA region. (Typical value range is USD 1.5 - 2M)

This is a specialised technical role and will require the following:

· Proven track record of successful decision-making skills, problem, and conflict resolution.

· experience in a technical discipline essential, environment and sustainability preferred

· Degree level education or equivalent experience in the field of engineering
