- Title: Head of Technical Services & environmental Environment
- Focus on environment services
- Level- Director level
- Location: London city (Liverpool Street station/ home working hybrid)
- Salary £120-160,000 plus bonus dependant on experience
- Key focus- Overall responsibility for the Governance and management of Technical Services and Environmental Management across the portfolio.
- Projects: Smart systems
Your role will have multiple facets
- Firstly- you will be developing an engineering and maintenance strategy, including environmental aspects (driven from assets of engineering teams)
- Secondly, after developing your strategy, you will need to implement the strategy, linking in the environmental strategic piece, which is really new to the business
- You will then be running projects to deliver this strategy, including using a lot of state-of-the-art data from a data lake, capital projects, and smart system projects
This is genuinely a rare and unique opportunity to really build something for yourself from the ground up, and really deliver strategic projects with a long-term vision
Role requirements
- Background as a technical operational engineer
- Experience looking at environmental projects
- Creating a strategy, and implementing it through projects
