South Coast (Dorset) based up to £55,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package within a rapidly expanding company.

Do you?

* Have experience and are a proficient user of AUTOCAD gained within a building / architectural environment.
* Have surveying knowledge & experience in designing steel-framed or modular buildings
* Have knowledge of light steel construction - highly desirable
* Have an in-depth understanding of Building Regulations
* Have excellent communications skills, written and oral along with strong IT skills, especially in Excel
* Have Revit experience - 3 years
* Have strong organisational skills
* Have the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Have a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and succeed

Are you?

* Degree level qualified or HNC/HND will be considered with the right experience / Track Record or equivalent tertiary qualification
* Experienced and proficient user of 3D software packages. Products such as Google Sketchup, Photoshop, Inventor, Advance, 3D Max, Solid Works etc. Graphic design experiences a distinct advantage
* A good negotiator with strong influencing skills
* Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
* Methodical and diligent in your approach to problem-solving
* A team player with strong interpersonal skills

The Role

The main purpose of the role is to produce an economic, functional, practical, aesthetically pleasing and compliant modular building solution. This will be to either our client's or our own product development requirements.

To take the lead in designing schemes and ensuring all relevant drawings meet approved stipulations and regulations.
