The position will serve as the engineering lead for the city’s Regional Stormwater Management Program (RSMP) and provide engineering analysis and review for the program. These duties will include: coordination with applicants; provide engineering analysis and research for projects; arrangement of discussions with applicants to determine the feasibility of participation; and tracking the progress of RSMP requests over the lives of the associated projects.
The position will coordinate with Development Services Department (DSD) drainage reviewers and Watershed Protection Department floodplain reviewers for the review and processing of RSMP requests. The position will manage the tracking and data management for RSMP inquiries and cases; be responsible for the processing of RSMP cases in the City’s AMANDA permit management system; and coordinate the maintenance of RSMP related information on the City’s website and in the City’s Drainage Criteria Manual.
