This is an opportunity for a geotechnical engineer based near Preston to join a successful UK consultancy with a friendly work atmosphere and a fantastic training programme, to work on exciting ground investigation projects and develop your skills as a geotechnical engineer. We are looking for an engineering geologist with over 2 years of ground investigation experience to join this award winning geotechnical team based in Preston, who is willing to work towards becoming a chartered engineer.

Your duties will include both Geotechnical and Environmental assessment of sites, undertaking ground risk assessments, borehole logging, report writing, soil sampling and management.

This position offers a fantastic salary and car allowance as well as other work benefits.
