Health & Safety Advisor - Civil Engineering

A Principal Contractor is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to initially support on a construction project in the Essex area.
This is a design & build civil engineering project with a value of around 30M and will involve a combination of self performed delivery and subcontract management.
The business promotes on ability, not time served, and if you back yourself then progression could be pretty quick.
They operate all over the UK as well as overseas from time to time, so you should only consider this if you like to travel and want to work internationally. They have a very strong pipeline of forward work and their turnover is approaching 100m a year.
You're going to need a NEBOSH General Cert (a Construction cert would be even better), an NVQ6 or equivalent, knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations and a couple of years of experience in working in a site based position on a construction project.
We'd be able to offer a salary of between 40,000 to 50,000 per annum along with benefits such as private medical, matched contribution pension, car allowance etc
