A leading privately owned construction consultancy currently has a key requirement for an experienced Structural Engineer. Based from an office in surrey and attending site as and when required, as well as liaising with other contractors on site.

As the successful Structural Engineer you will be

The successful Structural Engineer will be Assessing plans for new builds and extension projects
The successful Structural Engineer will be Specifying and advising on structural engineering
The successful Structural Engineer will be Specifying on materials and requirements to steel and concreate contractors
The successful Structural Engineer will be Attending site to survey existing structures to make specifications on structural engineering in accordance to building regulations
The successful Structural Engineer will be Attending site to survey and take measurements as required
The successful Structural Engineer will be paid £30k-£50k basic + packageTo be successful as the Structural Engineer

The successful Structural Engineer will be Living in commuting distance to Dorking
The successful Structural Engineer will be Experienced with FME software (Telka , Structural Designer, Prokon or Scia would be an advantage)
The successful Structural Engineer will be comfortable to design masonry, concrete and steel using British standards or Eurocodes
The successful Structural Engineer will be Experienced in residential structural engineering
