Graduate Civil / Stuctural Engineer

The Company
My client is a well established general practice of structural and civil engineers located in Leicester. Their work covers a diverse range of projects including, new build, refurbishment, temporary works, site investigations, feasibility studies, and surveys. They are looking to recruit a Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer with 3-4 years' experience. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude to their work with good problem solving and reasoning skills; have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be commercially minded. Applicants must also be comfortable in managing their own workloads to meet client target dates.
Requirements for the Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer
* A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering obtained within the UK (2:1 or higher)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience of using Microsoft Office and mainstream structural analysis and drawing software
* 3-4 years' experience of working in a structural/civil engineering practice
* Ability to work cohesively with senior engineers
* Full UK Driving License & Vehicle
* Enhanced DBS Check
Package for the Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer
* Salary £30-£40k Negotiable DOE
* Office Based Flexible Hours - 37.5 Hours per week.
* 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
