Water Treatment Engineer/Supervisor - Bristol

Due to consistent growth of the business, this prominent and highly successful water treatment company that services a large portfolio of clients, including high profile clients is actively seeking the services of a high calibre, committed and multi-skilled Water Treatment Engineer/Supervisor based in the Bristol area and will include applications from Cardiff, Bath, Taunton, and the surrounding areas.

Requisites:

Must have a good formal education - holding a degree will be beneficial.
Must have good communication, client-facing, organizational, people management, and presentation and leadership skills.
Must be well versed with the water treatment industry and will have hands on water treatment engineering.
The individual must have valid and varied experience working within this role and within the water treatment industry

Purpose of the Role:

Servicing, managing existing and new accounts - will be covering areas designated by the client.

Key Aspects of the Role:
Overseeing and supervising the staff/team - Water Treatment Engineers on site - planning and scheduling.
Servicing, managing existing and new accounts.
Getting involved with training, recruiting and appraisals of staff.
Auditing work carried out by the Water Treatment Engineers - ensuring that they comply and adhere to the water treatment/water hygiene Health & Safety procedures and taking appropriate action as and when required with regards to risk assessment and site surveys, etc.
Providing technical support to the team - Engineers and Accounts.
Generating new business leads.
Producing accurate reports and liaising with Management.
Allocating jobs.
Achieving target and goals.
Getting involved with training as and when required.
Prioritizing workload and dealing with issues effectively and appropriately.
