Are you a Geo Graduate, ambitious and motivated, looking for an outdoors environment that's perfect for starting a new life with fresh opportunities?

We're looking for a Graduate Engineering Geologist / Geotechnical Engineer looking to grow and develop their experience within a multi-disciplinary company with exposure to a range of development types, including highways and rail, commercial, residential and leisure development. The role

You'll be enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication ability and time management skills. As a graduate, you will get to design and implement Preliminary Risk Assessments and Intrusive Ground investigations. You will gain an understanding of contaminated land legislation and planning regime to provide consideration of geo-environmental ground investigation scoping and generic risk assessment within wider combined site assessments, with the support of geo-environmental specialist staff.

You will also carry out interpretative report writing on the following geotechnical issues; slope stability, foundations, earthworks, soil & rock engineering and ground improvement.

Requirements

You will be expected to be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, with a degree in Geology or Civil Engineering.

Also, a knowledge of AutoCAD, ArcGIS, RocScience (Slide, RocFall), Oasys (pDisp, Xdisp), gINT software would be an advantage.
