We are currently seeking a Site Engineer with a desire to move into Site Management to join our Capital Projects Team in Muir of Ord/Inverness. This is a full time position split between office and site based. You will be part of a team that delivers the safe, efficient and on time delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Working alongside our Civils Construction Manager and Site Managers you will be undertaking the following activities; Initial surveying of sites and site investigation works, checking of drawings, material procurement, monitoring site labour and collating project data. Once you have developed the relevant experience you will have an input in developing task specific method statements and risk assessments, project management plans, checking and maintaining site records, completing QHSE inspections, management of labour plant and materials, management of customer/public relations and have an input to ongoing designs from a constructability perspective.

Our Capital Projects Teams in Muir of Ord/Inverness deliver multi-discipline medium to large projects throughout the North of Scotland, including the Western Isles and Northern Isles, this is a great opportunity to work with a multi-discipline team who manage and deliver entire projects from design to completion.

The ideal candidates would be time served and have an element of on-site experience preferably within the Water Sector across Clean and Waste Water Treatment candidates will be considered with both a trades and academic qualification to City & Guilds, HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent. Possession of a current SMSTS/SSSTS certificate, Full UK driving license 3 day First Aid certification and CSCS card, would be preferred.
