Energy and Compliance Engineer

Our client is a large pharmaceutical company with a site based in Berkshire. They are currently looking for an energy and compliance engineer for a contract role. The ideal candidate would have a background in energy, sustainability and process safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the energy reduction strategy for the site

Monitor the energy reduction improvement on a monthly basis using reports

Outline capital projects to improve energy and sustainability as project engineer or customer

Drive DSEAR and process safety statutory compliance

Act as SME for the engineering department with respect to process safety and DSEAR

Ensure maintenance plans are in place and meet compliance regulations

Criteria:

Relevant engineering qualifications - Engineering HNC/degree

Experience in energy, sustainability and process safety
