Chief Engineer - Civil Engineering and Infrastructure

For the successful Chief Engineer our client is offering:

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience & skillset)
Company car or car allowance
25 days holiday + Bank holidays
Pension with up to 8% contribution from our client
Permanent role
The Role - Chief Engineer

Reporting directly to the MD of the company, with 6 direct reports
Technical lead for the UK business
Be responsible for the Planning, Estimating, Temporary Works, BIM and QA functions plus Civil Engineer development.
Responsible for engineering appointments on projects
Hold the temporary works delegated individual role for the UK
What we are looking for in a Chief Engineer:

Degree or higher in Civil Engineering
Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE)
Previously led a multidisciplinary design and build project at Engineering Manager level.
Extensive knowledge of construction techniques and best practice
Expert in temporary works
Extensive industry experience in the UK
Key skills or similar Job titles: Chief Engineer, charted Civil Engineer, Technical Services Manager, Engineering Director, Technical Services Director
