Martinez Couch & Associates, LLC (MCA), a growing engineering, surveying, environmental and professional services firm, is seeking a Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer. The candidates will manage projects, develop clients and lead the development and design of projects. In addition, the candidates will provide professional, technical day-to-day support, guidance, coordination and input to other project team members.

This position has opened because of continued year on year growth and long term back log. Martinez Couch and Associates provides professional services for the MDC, Department of Navy, CT Department of Housing, CT DOT, municipalities and other public and private companies. Excellence is our minimum standard.

Experience Level: 10 Years (Minimum)

  • Manages all technical aspects of assigned projects Prepares the initial design approach of land/site development, public works, or water resources projects, and has significant responsibility for the civil work on multi-discipline projects. Coordinates technical and administrative activities with those of other disciplines and other in-house departments participating in a project. Assisting in the preparation of permits with local Inland Wetlands, Planning, and Zoning, etc., Army Corps of Engineers, CTDEEP. This will include necessary mapping, computations and completing the forms, and supporting narrative. Coordination of the project with city, state, and municipal officials, and other outside agencies. Licensed as a CT PE required or obtainable within 6 months.   • Prefer full time but will consider part time for right candidate.
