Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

My client is a national contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering major civil engineer schemes. They have recently secured a £16.M highways scheme based in South Wales.

As such, they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead the project. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager, the position will be responsible for commercial & contractual management, cost reporting, sub contract procurement, managing the commercial team.

The project has a two year duration and the client is able to offer continuity of regional work on completion of the scheme.

Required Experience:

Experience of commercial leading schemes over £10.M

Excellent NEC contractual knowledge

Extensive civil engineering experience

BSc Hons Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management

Chartered MRICS (Preferable)
