I am currently seeking bright recent graduate Civil/Structural Engineers who are in search of design roles near Bedford. My client is a well-recognised and successful design consultancy which currently works on a variety of interesting and lucrative projects across the South East. Typical projects would include multistorey residential accommodation, schools, education centres, domestic housing, leisure centres and mixed-use building projects.

The chosen candidate will be invited to join a friendly and vibrant design team and will get exposure to all types of materials (steel, concrete, timber and masonry). You will become confident using the most up to date design software and make progress towards Chartership.

To be considered for this Graduate Structural Engineer role you will;

Have gained a strong degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
You will have a working knowledge of CAD
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Technically minded with a keen desire to progress
You will work well as part of a close-knit design teamWorking as a Graduate Structural Engineer you will;

Complete design and analysis
Write reports and specifications
Get involved with client liaison meetings
Brainstorm ideas
Attend site visits
