FREELANCE Lead Risk Manager - Major Civil Engineering - Remote Working - up to £600 per day (OUTSIDE

My client is a leading consultancy who provide project control services to various clients across the civil engineering sectors. At present they are in the market for a Lead Risk Manager to work on major civils engineering schemes nationally and internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for holding periodic risk management workshops ensuring suppliers meet their contractual obligations and commitments, working with a wider team supporting all risk deliverables and tasks. There will also be a focus on the day to day risk management including risk evaluation and management of risk registers.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A Risk Management background and an industry relevant accreditation (i.e CIRM).
- Experience working in offshore windfarm & interconnector fields.
- A conversant understanding of the FIDIC suite of contracts.
