Senior Structural Engineer

About you:

• Degree qualified in Structural Engineering or similar with MEng/MSc, PhD and CEng qualifications valued (required)
• Design experience within the steel or timber frame sector (desired)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Eurocodes
• Open to broadening knowledge of structural fire design, building physics, architecture, and manufacturing.

The Role:

As a Structural Engineer, you will do the following:

• Be a knowledgeable point of contact on site and expertise within your field
• Liaise with production team and customers effectively
• Be mindful of costs, manufacturing capacity and targets
• Prepare detailed reports on manufacturing schedules for each project
• Tailor designs to customer requirements
• Work within tight deadlines to ensure projects are delivered smoothly
