Anderson Knight Utilities Division has an exciting and exclusive new opportunity for a Design Engineer (Water)
Our Client works with the leading, construction and Civil Engineering firms. They provide for full Utility connections to both residential and commercial developments to the housing and construction sectors across the UK .
The Role for Water Design Engineer will be Supporting, Review and accept (or reject) all water infrastructure designs for industrial, domestic, and multiple-occupancy projects received from external providers.
Ensuring that all designs comply with all current water industry standards, regulations, and legislation.
Monitor industry developments and contribute to on-going design strategy and business improvement.
Working in partnership with the Design Engineering team to develop, monitor and maintain a standardised approach to the technical review of water designs produced and submitted by Others
The ideal candidate will possess the following key attributes:
Strong experience within the Water Industry
Significant experience on a range of water network design projects
Detailed knowledge of WIRS standards and guidance
Excellent problem solving skills, working to find solution for complex queries
