My client, an innovative UK based Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil, Structural and Infrastructure Engineering, is searching for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join an innovative team based in Cwmbran. This role can be remote with frequent meetings to provide training and support.
It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including an MSc/MEng or BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering and dissertation focused on SuDS Design or flood risk.
It is beneficial for applicants to have experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategy and Residential Drainage or Sewerage Designs using AutoCAD or Causeway.
This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to work on Residential, Commercial and Industrial Development Projects to complete Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategy and Drainage Designs using Causeway Flow. You will receive training and support from the experienced team.
Applicants will also be supported to complete the following;
-Flood Risk Assessments for flood zones 1,2 and 3.
-Surface Water Management Plans.
-Drainage Strategy and detailed Residential Drainage and Sewerage Design using AutoCAD and Causeway Flow.
-Drainage Area Planning.
-Civil Engineering design for Residential and Commercial Developments.
