You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team on projects primarily in the water and waste water sector and you will initially be supporting Engineers and Project Managers whilst learning the required techniques and knowledge used to complete project engineering functions. As you progress you will be responsible for elements of project delivery, taking greater responsibility for your work. Continual professional development including professional registration is encouraged and actively supported.
Role & Responsibilities
Graduate Scheme

This a period of training and development over 24 months, where you are assigned a mentor to carry out basic training associated with your discipline to enable you move from a Graduate Engineer, to a fully competent Engineer.
You will initially spend 6 weeks at our Head Office where you will be inducted into the business. During this time you will receive safety, health, environmental & quality training, learn the company policies & procedures and receive training to use the company Project Management System.
After completion of the 6 week induction, you will join your engineering teams (being guided by your mentor) and will become competent in carrying out engineering tasks. At 12 months, you will have commenced working on your professional review Initial Professional Development (IPD) and will be actively engaged in the Professional Forum.
