Senior Civil Engineer

Our clients are a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy firm running over 40 years. They are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing office in Leeds.

As a Senior Civil Engineer your role will involve:

• Produce designs for all Civil engineering services
• Liaise with colleagues and construction professionals
• Produce fee proposals for the projects
• Identify and manage project risks and prepare risk assessments
• Carry out professional development and maintain records in accordance with ICE requirements to progress to EngTech/IEng/CEng status
• Build and maintain good rapport with internal and external clients
• Understand financial control when acting as a project manager
• Supervise and support junior engineers

To be considered for the Senior Civil Engineer role you must have:

• A wealth of experience in Civil engineering
• AutoCAD, PDS Site Developer / Civil 3D, XP Solutions suite, Micro-drainage, MS Project or similar, TEDDS, and other industry recognised software
• MEng Civil Engineering degree from an ICE-approved course
• Approaching chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers

Working hours:

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll be required to work full-time hours.
