Do you have academic and/or working experience of the utilities or construction sector with some CAD experience? Are you looking for a position with a national utilities company, offering unrivalled training and career/salary progression? If so then this role will really appeal.

The company are a leading national multi utility infrastructure provider, who have grown rapidly over the past 10 years.

This position is based at the companies superb head office with excellent facilities and benefits. The company have won multiple national awards for how they train and develop their staff.

They will look at graduates in Power/Electrical Engineering or construction and more experienced utility distribution designers. Training in the specifics of their sector will be given.

This role will have responsibility for multi-utility design and technical support to clients.

The Role

Full time permanent role with a national utilities infrastructure company offering excellent training

Design based role, translating technical requirements into a project drawing format.

Client facing position, liaising with clients to understand the requirements on their projects.

The Person

Engineering or construction qualification (especially power/electrical engineering)

Academic and/or working experience of CAD systems

Excellent communication skills and a UK driving licence

Full right to work in the UK on a permanent basis
